Primary Responsibilities
Liquidity and Cash Management
- Responsibility for group-wide liquidity management across all entities, currencies, and regions
- Building and owning the rolling liquidity planning, along with continuous improvement of forecast quality, variance analysis, and derivation of steering actions
- Further development of group-wide cash pooling structures
- Governance of intercompany financing
- Management of external financing
- Preparation of the treasury reporting for management, shareholders, and lenders
- Driving working capital management across the Group's entities, including ongoing analysis of cash KPIs
- Assessment and evaluation of the group-wide FX and interest rate exposure, and derivation of corresponding hedging measures
- Responsibility for the Group's banking strategy and ownership of bank relationship management, including governance of KYC processes and bank mandate management
- Further development of group-wide payment transactions
- Steering of bank communication and payment format landscape
- Functional ownership of the Group's treasury management system as well as bank- and ERP interfaces; management of service providers and implementation partners
- Regular review and further development of the treasury policy
- Establishment and advancement of AI-supported ways of working
Required skills and qualifications
- University degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; relevant additional qualifications (e.g., CTP, ACT, CFA) are a plus
- Several years of professional experience in corporate treasury, with demonstrable experience within a group structure comprising multiple international subsidiaries
- Solid track record in liquidity planning and forecasting, cash pooling, and group financing
- Experience handling credit agreements, covenants, and financing partners; understanding of the requirements of a private equity-owned environment
- Proficiency in bank communication and payment formats, as well as in common treasury management systems
- High degree of initiative and a hands-on mentality – ready to roll up your sleeves in international day-to-day business rather than managing from a distance
- Business-fluent English is mandatory
- Affinity for digital ways of working and practical experience with the productive use of AI applications in finance
